We know how much you love your cat baby, we love ours too – but there are some universal feline truths that all cat owners come to understand:

And so are laptops, and keyboards, and tea…basically whatever you are interested in and using at the moment is fair game for your cat. Flopping down on top of the keyboard, dipping a dainty paw into your freshly steeped cuppa and simply lounging in and on what interests you most is what your cat is hard-wired to do.

Mice, birds, moles – every disgusting trophy left on your porch (or worse, your bed) is a tiny little gift from your favorite feline. While the term may be recent, cats have been photobombing for a long time. Ever put an item on the floor to photograph? You know how quickly a kitty paw will appear to invade the photo. Browse through some old family photos and see just how long cats have been demanding your attention – and get used to it, feline photo bombers are here to stay.

Every new cat owner has the same experience – tuck your new little furry bundle of joy into her brand new bed and then head off to blissful sleep as she naps the night away…right? HaHaHaHa…deep breath…HaHaHaHA….if you are very, very lucky, your cat will enjoy exploring your home while you sleep. Those of us who are less lucky get to be stalked, pounced and used as launching pads, sometimes all in the same night.
