It may only be a few precious weeks since the last iPhone was released, but that hasn’t stopped tech fans speculating about what the next iPhone will look like. It’s fair to say that many felt a little shortchanged when they got their mits on the iPhone 6s – mainly because it looked almost identical to its predecessor.
Well, fear not, Apple fans. The iPhone 7 is definitely in line for a bit of an image overhaul. One such belief is that the new phone will be thinner than previous models. And many experts are already predicting Apple could make much more use of the 3D Touch screen introduced in the 6S. This could ultimately mean there will be no need for the traditional home button we’ve all come to know and love.
This iPhone 7 design concept is pretty sweet
Luckily for us, the folks from Concepts iPhone have released this concept art to give us an idea of what we could be carrying around in our pockets soon. And, it’s actually kind of hot.
Gone is the home button; say hello to one never-ending screen. Simple. Effortless. God, we’d better invest in some extra screen wipes.
The Concepts iPhone video also gives us a few other angles to get excited over. For instance, could this be what the iPhone 7 design looks like from the back? If so, can we change it please? Cos it’s really quite ugly.
The design of the apps takes on a rounder focus in this concept art, but it ultimately adds to the futuristic redesign:
One thing we’re most excited about when it comes to the never-ending screen is the possibilities it opens up for gaming. Just look at the image below!
And this iPhone 7 design seems to suggest there could potentially be the possibility to mix up the phone cases. It’ll be like having a Nokia 3310 all over again!
Whether or not this is what the iPhone 7 design looks like remains to be seen. After all, it could be almost a year before we see the new phone hit the shelves – but that just gives us plenty more time for speculation.
