Grammar: love it or hate it, it’s really quite important. And we’re not just saying that from a writer’s point of view; there’s even a quote that agrees with us. You know the one. “Knowing your grammar is the difference between knowing your shit and knowing you’re shit.” So, if a quote says it, it’s definitely got to be true.

We’ve seen a few grammar quizzes popping up all over the internet. Quizzes that promise to challenge your grammar knowledge. Quizzes that promise to tell you once and for all whether you’ve got what it takes to become a grammar guru. These quizzes are all well and good, but we’re kind of bored of being tested on apostrophes and the difference between ‘there’ and ‘their’. I mean, we should definitely all know the difference by now, right?

So that’s why we’ve come up with this really difficult grammar quiz. I would say ‘impossible’, but I don’t want you to be too freaked out. So, we’ll say a ‘really difficult grammar quiz’ and we’ll go from there.

If you think you know your comma splices from your uh, normal commas, then why not give our difficult grammar quiz a go. And make sure to let us know on our Facebook page what score you get.
