Many long-haul flights will have multiple stops along the way. For instance, if you’re travelling to Hong Kong you may land in Athens before continuing on. But what if your destination isn’t Hong Kong after all? A lot of flights will actually end up being cheaper if you don’t board your final connection. Crazy, isn’t it? Try to find flights that have your chosen destination as a stop-over. Check out the routes on SkyScanner. Then see if you can find any deals to far-off lands that actually work out cheaper than a direct flight. Trust us, there are loads out there!
